Returns or exchanges are allowed within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Exchanges are complimentary, while returns carry a modest $5 handling fee (return shipping is covered by us).
