By using mrpawsh.com and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.  We may refuse/cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, stock limits, pricing errors).  If canceled, we’ll refund the original payment method. Prices, promos, and availability may change without notice.  Taxes collected as required.

Shipping, delivery estimates, and risk/ownership are described on our Shipping & Delivery page.  Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy.  Certain items (e.g., personalized/custom) may be final sale unless defective.

We may use user content (e.g., reviews/photos) for marketing under a non-exclusive, royalty-free license, subject to our Privacy Policy.  Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or third-party content without permission.

All Site content is owned by or licensed to Mr. Pawsh.  Third-party tools/links are provided “as is.”  The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without expressly stated warranties.  To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
